Marine Route Survey (MRS) typically includes geophysical surveys such as bathymetry survey, seabed profile survey, sub-bottom profiles survey, and magnetometer survey combined with core-sampling to provide a comprehensive set of data to analysis and interpret the likelihood that the submarine cable can be installed at the planned cable route provided from the Desk Top Study (DTS) and to meet the target burial depths. We also analysis with our installation team to ensure the cable route is suitable for the installation methodology.
